 In my coaching and organizational development practice, Life In The Fun Lane, I focus on people who want to live like they’re riding a Harley! It’s such a pleasure for me to navigate motivated people through the adventure of life!

 In my professional life, I collaborate with individuals, entrepreneurs and corporations wanting to transform their company or life and live bigger, bolder and greatly fulfilled.

 I received my Professional Coach and Leadership Development training through the highly acclaimed Coaches Training Institute. I'm also a member of the International Coaches Federation and the Puget Sound Coaches Association.

 My background includes a BS in Business Management & Administration from Indiana University, HR Certification from Portland State, and I am a Certified Pilates Instructor.

 I have been a successful entrepreneur since 1998. For more than 8 years, I owned and operated a successful Pilates studio in Bellevue, Washington. Recently, I sold my studio to devote more time to my team development and coaching practice.

 For over 12 years, I was in the Human Resources field – 10+ years at the VP/Director level and several years as a consultant.
 

 Fortunately, I am lucky enough to live in Gig Harbor, Washington with my great husband, Dave, and two gi-normous cats! It’s a wonderful town where people are friendly and neighbors are even more amiable.

 Throughout my life, I have been committed to encouraging and empowering the personal strength and growth in others.
