Change Management Coach Norma Dompier specializes in coaching highly motivated individuals, teams and executives to successfully navigate changing times, achieve extraordinary results, and emerge from the journey more satisfied, energized, and empowered. As President and Founder of NormaDompier.com, she is passionate about giving individuals and organizations the tools they need in order for them to produce the extraordinary results they desire. 

As an executive human resources professional with over 15 years of experience guiding corporate transformations, Norma is a transition expert who believes that innovation and ease can flow, even in the most difficult times. She has been involved in closing four companies and worked with other organizations and individuals coping with demanding times of reinvention. Additionally, she has owned her own company since 1998. Working with the leaders of companies in the diverse fields of manufacturing, hospitality, property management and development, consulting, high technology, and promotional products, Norma brings broad perspective to her change management work.

Over the past 25 years, Norma has utilized her coaching and leadership skills to help build environments that support teamwork, build morale, and increase retention. She contributes most powerfully through the delivery of team and executive coaching, specialized workshops, and group assessment and training programs.

Norma is a graduate of Indiana University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Management & Administration, and has Human Resource Certification from Portland State. She received her professional coach training and certification through The Coaches Training Institute and is a graduate of their intensive Leadership Development program. Norma is a certified and licensed Team Diagnostic™ Facilitator, Bigger Game™ Trainer and Secrets of Successful High Earners™ Facilitator. Her memberships include the Puget Sound Coaches Association, the International Coaches Federation, the Gig Harbor Chamber of Commerce, and the National Harley Owners Group™.
